A-32 is a 3 dimensional entity that has a 1/55 chance to spawn after a door is opened. A-32 appears to a room made out of flesh with 2 hands in different spots. The hands face in a random direction (x axis} every time the entity gets spawned, setting the direction of the hitbox to that of its hand. When A-32 spawns, it will replace the room it spawned in.
