Madam Yangs are masks that can be used as improvised weapons in MadWorld. They appear in the Great Wall Street level of Asian Town and look like large doll heads with a geisha's make-up. Their main purpose is to be jammed onto the head of a Grunt Enemy, causing him to briefly stagger. Apart from that they don't impede the enemy in any way.
