Someone will see you out. Good bye!Melvin dismissing the winner of Twisted Metal. Melvin is the secondary antagonist of Twisted Metal 4, the fourth instalment of the Twisted Metal franchise. He was voiced by Jon St. John. Melvin is the lead henchman of Sweet Tooth's minions. He stood by his Sweet Tooth's side when his master overthrew Calypso and took control of the Twisted Metal contest. Melvin speaks to the winner of the fourth Twisted Metal contest while Sweet Tooth remains completely silent.
